Pearce, Frank, Duncan, Zharoff, Donley, Lincoln, Little, Ellis moved           
and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cross sponsors               
on CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 21(JUD).  Without                         
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 21(JUD) be advanced to third                        
reading and placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so
